Sub:  26^th   All India Postal Basketball Tournament 2012-13 and participation of Orissa Circle team there off.

  

            The following officials as detailed below have been selected to attend the above mentioned All India Postal Basketball Tournament 2012-13 from 21.02.2013 to 24.02.2013 at Gandhinagar  (Gujurat Circle).

All above officials are hereby directed to attend coaching camp/group practice at Cuttack from 11.02.2013 to 18.02.2013. In this connection above selected players may be granted special C.L. from 11.02.2013 to 24.02.2013 plus actual journey time up to Cuttack to attend coaching camp & back from Gandhinagar to their respective head quarters after completion of All India Tournament. Circle team will be escorted by Shri A. K. Mohapatra, DPM, Chandinichowk HO as Manager  and Shri P.K.Parida, SA, RMS ‘BG’ Dn., Berhampur as Coach.

Circle Basket Ball team will move to Gandhinagar on 18.02.2013 from Cuttack Railway Station. The teams will be received at Ahmedabad R.S. The reception office will start functioning from 19.02.2013 at Ahmedabad RMS on platform No.1.

The climate in Gandhinagar during the month of February will be cold. All the participants are advised to bring warm clothes and blankets with them.

      

All participants are requested to join the camp with their bag and baggages, so that they can accompany the team directly from Cuttack. Nobody is allowed to leave camp at any point of time with plea to bring their bedding and playing kits. Attendance Sheet should be maintained during the above said period.

          Accommodation for all out station officials will made available at Recreation Club of Cuttack GPO. The participants are requested to report to Shri P.K.Parida, coach soon after their arrival at Cuttack.
