Sub: Non submission of RD List of accounts containing balances as on 30.06.2013

          It is reported by the Chief Supervisor ,SBCO Bhubaneswar GPO that except PM Ashok Nagar MDG and SPM Bhoinagar  SO has submitted the list of balances of RD Accounts standing opened at the SO as on 30.06.2013 to SBCO for which agreement work is badly delayed.As you know  CBS will be implemented in the coming days it is instructed to all the defaulting SPMs to submit the list to SBCO within a week positively without fail under intimation to this office.

This may be treated as extreme urgent.

1. Senior Postmaster Bhubaneswar GPO. He is instructed to intimate the name of the defaulting SPMs if any after one week to this office for further necessary action.

2. Sri B. Samal,, Divisional Secretary AIPEU Group-C, Bhubaneswar Division  for information. He is requested to upload these instructions in the union's Blog Spot for information of all defaulting SPMs of this Division and for quick sending of the list of accounts containing the balances as on 30.06.2013 to SBCO as every body is surfing the blogspot regularly.
