       Please find enclosed herewith the purchase order No :- TO/3-2/2012 –PBP dated 29.8.2012  in which the firm M/S Lipi data system Ltd has been ordered to supply passbook printers to your office through DGS&D rate contract.

      You are requested to accept the printers, sign the inspection note and enter in the stock book and  intimate the date of receipt of passbook from the vendor as well as the date of installation.
