it makes no sense when there is a proposal for slimming & trimming down of strength at field units. Lack of vision. Recruitments under sports person should have been enough. On promtion / achievements the coaches could have been picked up amongst the sports recruits. That could have served the purpose of encouragement to emminet sports persons on their acievement for the Department.
