List of Post offices in Bhubaneswar Division affected by the current flood (Report collected by evening on 12.09.2011) :

Dear Comrades,

                You will be happy to know that yesterday’s appeal in this blog for  contributing voluntary donations  to help the flood affected staff members of Bhubaneswar Division   was received wide responses  and today’s collection was remained quite satisfactory. A team of members leaded by Com. B Samal , Divisional Secretary,  AIPEU, Group-C accompanied with its President, Com. P C Dash, Vice-President No. 1 Com. P K Pattnaik, Vice president No. 2 Com A K Mohanty, Asst. Secretary Com. D R Mohanty and  Member Com. N R Pattnaik met the SSPOs, Bhubaneswar Division in his chambers at about 1700 hours  and discussed the date, time, place , process and manner of extending our help to the affected members.

                Till today evening as many as 53 SOs / BOs of Bhubaneswar Division have been reported to have been affected.  To make the help at least satisfactory, we need additional donations. So members who have not yet contributed or who are not been contacted are requested to come forward voluntarily for the purpose. The name of all the donors and amount donated  will be published in this blog.

As per discussions held in the chamber of the SSPOs, the officials including the GDS of the following S Os and B Os have been affected   in the current flood. It was decided to complete the preparation by tomorrow to extend our help as early as possible.
