NOTICE

ACCOMMODATION REQUIRED

             The Sr. Supdt. of Post offices. Bhubaneswar Division, Bhubaneswar-9 is in search of a new  accommodation on rent basis for shifting of the Balianta Sub Post Office within the locality’ of Balianta Area. The living area, approximately 522 Sq. ft. of accommodation (Having one room for office, front verandah for public area, one store room and lavatory) is required for Post Office and 600 Sq. ft of accommodation (Having two bed rooms with store room, Kitchen and lavatory) is required for SPM residence. Besides that drinking water facility should be available.
              The willing house owners may obtain the prescribed proforma available with the Sub Postmaster, Balianta Sub Post Office and with  o / o the  undersigned and submit the same duly filled in to the Sr. Supdt. of Post offices, Bhubaneswr Division, A-6/1, Forest Park, Bhubaneswar-9 along with rough sketch map of building, details of ownership particulars of the building and Land Valuation Certificate etc on or before 20.10.2011.
