Pursuant to the instructions contained in C:hief Postmaster General, Orissa Circle, Bhubaneswar letter No.RE/30- 14/Nov ‘2011 dated 24.08.2011; the next Confirmation Examination of Postal Assistants is scheduled to be held on 06.11.2011 (Sunday). You are hereby instructed to keep yourself in readiness to appear the aforesaid examination. The time table of the examination will be intimated to you later on.

You are also directed to submit your application in prescribed proforma (copy enclosed) through the Director PTC / the Sr. Postmaster / Sub Postmaster concerned for appearing the said examination along with two recent passport size photographs duly signed by you and attested by the competent authority so as to reach this office on or before 07.09.2011 positively.
